What affects the price

When planning a hardscape project, several factors influence your final investment. The total square footage is the primary driver, but the complexity of the design—such as curves, patterns, or multi-level tiers—adds to labor time. Site accessibility matters too; if crews need specialized equipment to move materials into a tight backyard, that affects the bottom line. Material choice, from standard concrete blocks to premium natural stone, significantly shifts the budget. Additionally, your current ground condition determines how much excavation and base preparation is required for long-term stability.

About this service

Professional installation of patio pavers is a multi-step process that starts with removing existing sod and soil. The crew then installs a compacted gravel base and a layer of bedding sand to ensure the stones sit perfectly flat. This service is necessary if you want a patio that resists cracking and allows for easy repairs later. Proper installation is the foundation of a durable surface that handles foot traffic and weather changes without losing its structural integrity.
